Sewing Machines with Needle Up/Down Button

Machines with a needle up/down button allow you to program the position the needle is in when you stop sewing. You can program it to stay down, which is great for pivoting or to stay up, which is great for easy release of fabric.

Having a needle up/down button also makes using a built-in needle threader easier, by putting the needle in the up position, the eye of the needle is perfectly aligned for the needle threader hook.
