Website Manager
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping our website running smoothly and ensuring our products are presented at their very best. You’ll manage everything from product uploads and descriptions to optimising content for sales and customer experience resulting in great on site conversion rate. Working closely with our small but passionate team, your input will directly influence how customers shop with us online.

Key Responsibilities (Applicants must have experience in the following):
Create, update, and maintain product listings on our website (Shopify platform).
Upload and optimise product descriptions, specifications, images, and categories.
Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, and search-friendly (SEO).
Work with suppliers and internal teams to gather product information and assets.
Monitor website content, ensuring it reflects current promotions, stock levels, and new product launches.
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, newsletters, and product launches.
Spot and implement opportunities to improve site usability, navigation, and sales performance (CRO).
Take a data led approach to identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
What We’re Looking For:
A commercial mindset
Must have experience working with an e-commerce website (Shopify experience desirable).
Experience of SEO, CRO and digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good IT skills, with confidence in managing large amounts of data and images.
Strong written English skills for customer-focused product descriptions.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
A positive proactive, problem-solving mindset.

This is an on-site role at our Redruth offices. It is not suitable for remote working. Candidates must be able to commute reliably each day.
