Sewing machines ordered before 3pm Monday to Saturday are despatched the same day for next working day delivery. For other items, Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders are despatched within 2 working days. Yes. Once your order is despatched you will receive tracking details by text and email. You can also track your order by logging into your account here.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items cut to length (such as fabric or ribbon), opened software and downloadable products cannot be returned unless faulty. Machines purchased via finance with repayments already started are also non-returnable. See our full returns policy for details.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet you can request a cancellation through your account you can find out how in our Help Centre. If it is already on its way you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Yes. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available and free for machines over £300. Place your order by 3pm on Friday to qualify.

Yes. We offer part-exchange and ex-demonstration models at reduced prices through our physical Redruth shop. Every machine is inspected and serviced by our engineers before sale. Browse our ex-display collection for current availability.

We sell fabric by the quarter metre (ordered in multiples of 0.25m and sent as a continuous length) or as Fat Quarters (pre-cut pieces around 50cm x 55cm, perfect for patchwork and quilting). Choose your preferred option on the product page.

Yes. Wherever possible we cut fabric as a single continuous length. Odd numbers of fat quarters are cut as one piece and a fat quarter. If we ever need to split your order we will contact you before despatch.
