Who does the work
Our on-site engineers have over 20 years of experience and work on everything from older mechanical machines to the latest computerised models. Whatever you sew on, it's in safe hands.
We service and repair all brands, regardless of where you bought your machine. Typical turnaround is around 3 weeks.

Keeping your machine happy between services
A little care between services goes a long way.
- Clean out the bobbin area after finishing each project.
- Change your needle every 8 to 10 hours of sewing.
- Use the right thread and needle combination for your fabric.
- Keep your machine covered when it's not in use.
- Follow the oiling instructions in your machine's manual.
