The Moonlit Machine Cover is a simple, stylish sewing‑machine cover designed by Ruby Star Society using Sarah Watts’ Crescent Panel. This quick afternoon project transforms the panel’s beautiful antique sewing‑machine illustration into a functional, decorative cover that protects your machine while adding a modern Ruby Star aesthetic to your sewing space.
The pattern includes full cutting instructions, piecing steps, quilting guidance, ribbon‑tie placement and professional binding techniques. The project is constructed like a small quilt, with a pieced outer panel, accent fabric, lining, batting and neat double‑fold binding.
Suitable for confident beginners, this pattern is ideal for showcasing Ruby Star Society panels and makes a thoughtful handmade gift for any sewist.
