Create comfortable, breathable structure in your handmade masks with Vlieseline IL C 151 Sew‑In Face Mask Interfacing. Specially developed for multi‑layer fabric masks, this lightweight non‑woven interfacing adds stability without compromising softness or airflow. It helps masks maintain their shape while remaining flexible and comfortable for extended wear.
Easy to sew and suitable for a wide range of fabrics, IL C 151 integrates smoothly between fabric layers, offering a clean, professional finish. It’s also ideal for other small craft and garment projects that require a soft, stable inner layer.
This non woven interfacing is adaptable, air-permeable, fine-pored and washable up to 60°C. Ideal as a base material for non-medical mouth and nose masks. Weight: 51 g/m². Washable at 60 degrees centigrade. See image for technical data. Please note, this product is not suitable for making medical grade face masks.

The price is per 1/4 metre. Multiple purchases will be cut in one length.
Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered.
We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours. When you are finished, you can send them back to us for a refund (feel free to contact us for more information on this service).
Our fabric can be cut as a Long Quarter, measuring a minimum of 25cm x width of bolt. We will supply the fabric as a continuous length (eg; if you bought 1.25m it will be sent as one piece of fabric).
