The Creative Grids Tumbler Double Strip Ruler is designed to cut accurate tumbler shapes from two 2½" strips sewn together, making it perfect for Jelly Roll projects and quick piecing. By sewing two strips and aligning the ruler’s markings, you can cut consistent tumbler units that sew together seamlessly into rows, columns, or offset layouts.

This ruler creates 6½" tall tumbler blocks and its unique shape allows you to cut both the left and right sides of the tumbler without rotating your fabric. Creative Grids’ exclusive non‑slip grip keeps the ruler firmly in place while cutting, while the high‑contrast black‑and‑white markings ensure visibility on both light and dark fabrics. Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered. We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours.
