The Creative Grids Non‑Slip Perfect 10 Ruler is a versatile 10" × 10" square quilting ruler designed to make cutting Layer Cake squares, strips, blocks and triangles faster, easier and more accurate. Created by Its Sew Emma for Creative Grids, this ruler is ideal for quilters who work with 10" precuts or who want a reliable square ruler for everyday cutting tasks.
The Perfect 10 features a full ½" grid, clearly marked 2½", 5" and 9½" reference lines and a 45° diagonal line for trimming half‑square triangles. These markings make it simple to cut squares, rectangles, strips and angled units directly from Layer Cakes or yardage.
Creative Grids’ exclusive non‑slip grip is embedded throughout the ruler, keeping it firmly in place when pressure is applied while still allowing it to slide smoothly across fabric when repositioning. This ensures safer, more accurate cuts - especially when working with large precuts.
The ruler includes fully illustrated instructions and a QR‑code video tutorial, making it suitable for beginners and experienced quilters alike. Whether you’re cutting 10" squares, trimming blocks, or preparing pieces for patterns from the Perfect 10 book, this ruler delivers consistent, professional results.
