This 10 ½" square ruler features easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1" grids, marked in ⅛" and ¼" increments.
Use the black numbers printed on white dots and the ¼" grip sides to cut whole inches.
Use the Turn-a-Round feature to cut ½” increments, by following the white numbers on black dots and ½” grip sides.
The ¼" dashed lines that are printed on two adjoining sides, aid in trimming seam allowances.
White horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the square to show the centre of the ruler. Use these lines to square up blocks based on four-patches, embroidered, and appliques blocks.
A 45° diagonal line makes trimming half-square triangle blocks easy and accurate.
The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. Then the exclusive grip holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miss-cuts.

Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered.
We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours. When you are finished, you can send them back to us for a refund (feel free to contact us for more information on this service).
Our fabric can be cut as a Long Quarter, measuring a minimum of 25cm x width of bolt. We will supply the fabric as a continuous length (eg; if you bought 1.25m it will be sent as one piece of fabric).
