The Brother PRPCFH4 Wide Cap Frame (frame only) is a genuine Brother embroidery frame designed for creating larger, wider designs on caps and hats when used with the compatible PR‑Series driver system. Its extended embroidery field allows you to stitch big logos, long text and full‑front cap designs that exceed the limits of standard cap frames.

The PRPCFH4 securely holds both structured and unstructured caps while maintaining their natural curved shape, ensuring clean, distortion‑free stitching. Its durable construction and smooth operation make it ideal for commercial embroidery, sportswear branding, personalised merchandise and small‑business production.

Cut Type: Fat Quarter

Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered. We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours.
