Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered.
We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours. When you are finished, you can send them back to us for a refund (feel free to contact us for more information on this service).
Our fabric can be cut as a Long Quarter, measuring a minimum of 25cm x width of bolt. We will supply the fabric as a continuous length (eg; if you bought 1.25m it will be sent as one piece of fabric).

Unlike a single-sided machine, the top coverstitch decorates the right side of the fabric directly, which means no garment flipping to achieve a clean result on both faces. The Brother CV3550 coverstitch works with 2, 3, 4 and 5 threads across 7 stitch options, covering wide, narrow and triple top coverstitch plus chain stitch. Seam widths adjust between 3.0mm or 6.0mm and stitch lengths between 2mm and 4mm, while the chain stitch sews off the fabric like a serger for neat finishing and temporary seams.
The Brother CV3550 simplifies setup and operation, making it accessible to sewists of all skill levels. Threading the CV3550 is guided by colour-coded lay-in tension dials with five clearly marked thread paths, and the lower looper disengages to make setup easier.
Differential feed adjusts from 0.7 to 2.0 to prevent stretching or puckering on knits, while adjustable presser foot pressure handles all fabric types and weights, from fine knits to heavy stretch.
