Ruby Star Society Warp and Weft Mystic Fable Chore Coat

Ruby Star Society’s Warp & Weft: Mystic Fable Chore Coat Fabric is a substantial, medium-to-heavyweight woven (234 GSM). These yarn‑dyed wovens feature rich colour and soft checks.

Woven rather than printed, its highly structured body holds its own shape - essential for structured jackets, sturdy outerwear, trousers, and heavy utility tote bags. The fabric features a looser, more open, slubby weave with visible texture created by thick-and-thin cotton strands running through large, bold plaids. 

For working with wovens, the designer recommends to: press gently, use a true 1/4” seam allowance, use a shorter stitch length, prewash fabrics, use starch.
