The Makower Quiltessentials Minis Layer Cake includes 42 ten‑inch squares showcasing the full range of tiny florals, ditsy motifs and tonal textures. The larger cuts highlight the delicate prints beautifully and are perfect for quilts, large blocks, half‑square triangles and coordinated décor.

The warm, timeless Laundry Basket Quilts palette makes this bundle ideal for classic, heirloom‑style quilting.

A Layer Cake contains 42 pieces of fabric per pack and each piece is 10" square. Makower fabric ranges have up to 40 different fabrics in a range and there are 42 pieces in a layer cake. You will receive at least 2 duplicates from the fabric range; however, when a fabric range has fewer than 40 fabrics, you will receive more duplicates to make 42 pieces in total.

Cut Type: Fat Quarter

Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered. We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours. When you are finished, you can send them back to us for a refund (feel free to contact us for more information on this service).
