Brother ScanNCut SDX2250D Scanning and Cutting Machine

Cut multiple shapes at the same time with the Brother SDX2250 ScanNCut machine. Create on the screen or scan an image of your shapes (a page of hexagons for example) load your fabric and let the new rotary auto blade attachment do the cutting for you! With the rotary blade, there is no need to stabilise fabrics as the auto pressure blade does the work, easily cutting fabric, including curves with clean cuts to minimise fraying. 

Fabric, paper Vinyl and other materials up to 3mm thick can be cut into shapes and designs to use in your craft projects. The SDX2250 has 1,485 designs built-in including shapes, quilt blocks, applique and Disney designs. It is a stand alone wireless machine, you do not need to connect to a PC and it is the only at home cutting machine with a built in scanner.

With Brothers CanvasWorkspace, you can create your own designs. The 'My Connection' feature allows you to connect to a Brother Stellaire embroidery machine to share designs between the two. If you like an applique design on the Stellaire XE2 embroidery machine you can send it to the ScanNCut to cut out your shapes, then go back to the embroidery machine to create the design.
