Anna has led customer service teams for over 20 years and now heads up Customer Care at The Sewing Studio. Her journey with us began while she was managing customer service at Frugi, where her warmth and professionalism impressed Darius so much that he headhunted her. It's been one of our best decisions.

Since joining the team, Anna has become the backbone of our customer-first approach. She leads our customer care team with empathy and insight, making sure every sewist who contacts us feels genuinely heard and supported. She also works closely with our finance, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure our helpful, honest service runs through every part of the business.

Many customers know Anna as the friendly face of our sewing machine demonstration videos. Her goal is always to make complex features understandable and help sewists make confident decisions about their next machine purchase. Anna's blend of strategic thinking and personal warmth has made her a trusted guide for both customers and colleagues, ensuring the same high standard of care touches everything we do.
