Sewing Machine Showcase 2026
On Monday 7th July 2026, we're hosting a Sewing Machine Showcase: a full day dedicated to helping you find, try and fall in love with the perfect machine. Whether you've been sewing for decades or you're still thinking about buying your very first machine, this day is for you.
No pressure, no sales patter, just a chance to sit down at some incredible machines and see what they can do. Our team will be there all day to walk you through everything, answer your questions honestly, and help you figure out what suits the way you sew.
Sewing & Quilting Machine Demonstrations
We'll have live demonstrations running all day on our Sewing and Quilting machines. If you've ever wondered about the features on a particular model, or you want to see the difference between an entry-level machine and something a little more advanced, this is your chance to see them in action and have a go yourself.
Embroidery & Craft Machines
Our embroidery and craft machines will also be on demo throughout the entire day. These are the ones that always get the biggest reactions in the shop, once you see what they can do, it's hard not to want one! Pop in any time and there'll be something on.
Exclusive offers: for one day only
We'll have exclusive offers available on the day across a range of machines, so if you've had your eye on something for a while, this could be the perfect moment to upgrade your sewing space.
These offers will not be available online.
Pre-loved and ex-display machines - from £75!
We'll have a selection of pre-loved and refurbished machines available, all tested, checked, and ready to sew. These are brilliant if you want a quality machine at a more accessible price, or if you're buying for someone who's just starting out.
Every pre-loved machine we sell has been serviced by our technician, so you can buy with confidence.
Bring your photo, take home fabric
On the day, you can bring in a photo on your phone or device and we'll print it onto fabric for you. A favourite family photo, a picture of your pet, a landscape you love, if it's on your device, we can put it on fabric. It makes a beautiful and personal gift, or just a gorgeous addition to your own projects.

The day runs from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at our shop in Redruth, Cornwall. No need to book - just turn up!

We have a small, free customer car park with an accessible entrance. If that is full, or you are planning on a longer trip in Redruth, there is a large Cornwall Council car park a 5 minute walk away.
Can't make it in person?
