Autumnal Team Makes!

When The Sewing Studio team aren’t busy cutting your fabric and packing your orders, they’re sewing their own accessories and quilts!

As it gets colder and we move into Autumn, they’ve been inspired by the amazing range of Halloween fabric we have here in the shop, as well as some bold and bright Ruby Star Society ranges.

Here are some of the makes the team have been working on recently:

This Hey Boo Quilt, made by Anna, is a gift for her Halloween-loving friends! She used a Hey Boo panel and a selection of fabrics from the warm and cheerful Hey Boo range.

Jenny has also made a Halloween quilt using the Tiny Frights range by Ruby Star Society!

Ruby Star are known for their fun motifs, and this range is packed with spooky characters in bright and bold autumnal colours.

Cheyenne has made this adorable hair bow using a free Ruby Star pattern and a Moda Frisky mini charm pack. This simple bow only took her a couple of hours to make and she’s really chuffed with the result. The whole team want to make one now!

Kayleigh has made this adorable bag for her nephew’s toys using Ruby Star Society fabric. She used the Florida range in bold pinks, reds and turquoise. It’s the perfect place to store all his plushies!

Liz followed Jeanette’s YouTube tutorial to make this stripy bag in green and purple as a birthday gift. She used Indigo from the French General range along with Kaffe Fassett shot cotton in Emerald and Pistachio.
