The Janome HD9 is a straight stitch sewing machine, that can sew up to an impressive 1600 Stitches per minute, with the ability to control the speed when needed. Nine inches of space to the right of the needle, metal flatbed, extension table and narrow foot, make light work of the largest projects.

A side-loading industrial bobbin hook, with large metal bobbins that hold 40% more thread than standard bobbins means you can sew for longer. This machine has convenient features, like a needle threader, independent bobbin winder, knee lift and an automatic thread cutter. A maximum stitch length of 6mm can be sewn. There are 4 different presser feet included to cover a wide variety of projects. It has adjustable presser foot pressure and the power to cope with heavy weight fabrics, and layers but a light touch on delicate fabrics too.
