Stuart Willard's first collection for Lewis and Irene is named 'Hajime,' from the Japanese word meaning 'to begin.' The collection and colours are inspired by vintage men's kimono, which were once ubiquitous in Japan. Everyday workwear has become almost obsolete but is re-imagined for modern sewing projects, clothing, quilting, bag making, and crafts.

This quality quilting fabric can be used for patchwork fabric quilts and other various creative crafts, and can easily be used with domestic sewing machines. Its continuous length allows for tailored projects, including clothing items like dresses or shirts, as well as curtains, cushions, pillows, and numerous crafting projects.

Sold and priced per ¼ metre, multiple quantities are supplied as a continuous piece.
