Our returns policy
We are pleased to offer extended Christmas returns
Purchases made online, in-store or over the phone from 1st November 2024 to 24th December 2024, can be returned until 25th January 2025.
Items must be new and unused and include proof of purchase.
For purchases made on or after December 25th 2024, our standard returns policy will be in effect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online purchases
We offer 30 days from the day of delivery to return any new and unused items. This does not include items that are cut to length. Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.

In Store Purchases
You have 30 days from the date of purchase, to return any new and unused items, along with proof of purchase. This does not include items that are cut to length. Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.
Faulty Items
For any faulty items, we can offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, so long as the fault is not due to accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear and in all intact packaging.
If more than 30 days have passed since receipt please contact us to find out what we can offer.
If you think your machine is faulty contact us in the first instance.
Exceptions
- Items that are cut to length for each individual order such as fabric, ribbon and elastic cannot be returned. We class these as ‘made to order’ and are therefore exempt, unless faulty.
- Machines that are purchased through finance cannot be returned if the repayments have started.
- Software included with a machine or purchased separately cannot be returned once opened.
