Design a lampshade to match your upholstery, curtains, wallpaper or any room theme.
Our kit makes you a professional 30cm Rounded Square Lampshade from the covering of your choice, that can be used as a Pendant (ceiling), or with a suitable Table Lamp.
How to make them
Easy to use, laminate your covering to the self-adhesive lampshade panel and follow the step-by-step instructions.
What size will my covering need to be?
Your covering needs to be 1240mm wide x 260mm to cover the self-adhesive panel supplied.
What type of lamp holder will this lampshade fit
The lampshade frame included in your kit will fit the standard bayonet cap (BC) lamp-holder. This is the most common type of lamp fitting in the UK today. It can also be used with Edison Screw (E27) lamp holders, most common in Europe, remove the converter plug in the centre of the fitting.

Bulb Advice
We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings.

Our standard width fabric can be cut as a Fat Quarter, measuring 50cm x 1/2 the width of the bolt. Above is an example of how your fabric will be received, depending on the quantity ordered.
We also offer a sample service, where you can order 1 single fat quarter of any standard width fabric, to have at home and compare colours. When you are finished, you can send them back to us for a refund (feel free to contact us for more information on this service).
Our fabric can be cut as a Long Quarter, measuring a minimum of 25cm x width of bolt. We will supply the fabric as a continuous length (eg; if you bought 1.25m it will be sent as one piece of fabric).
