You will get the standard manufactures guarantee / warranty. We have no additional small print, loopholes or additional expenses. Best of all we WILL honour the warranty/guarantee!

Offer / Price Matching
However, if you see a realistic guarantee / deal you want us to match, we will match any genuine ‘like for like’ offer, let us know what and who is offering the deal and we will look at it.

WARNING!
In short, we do not offer 10, 20 or 30 year extended guarantees, because we will NOT to be able to get parts from the manufactures that far into the future.

Beware of dealers making unrealistic clams about what they can offer, themselves and the manufactures they represent. If the manufacture does not offer it then, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

Bernina Sewing Machines - 2 year electrical, 5 year mechanical

Husqvarna Sewing Machines - 5 year electrical and mechanical, 2 year Labour. However, you MUST register your machine with Husqvarna, this is the customers responsibility and if you do not the machine will be covered for 2 years only.

NOTE: If a machine is received for repair under warranty, and fault is not mechanical, but operator error (i.e. Lack of servicing or maintenance), then a charge will be applied for labour, and the sender WILL be charged the cost of shipping (pickup and return).

A good domestic sewing machine should give years of good service however its very important you choose the right machine to suit your sewing needs, if you don’t it will bring you constant hart ache and disappointment every time you take it out to use it. We carry Husqvarna, Bernina, Janome and Brother sewing machines because we know these brands give good reliable service and we can continue to support you with regards to spare parts and repairs for many years to come. We also know these brands are well supported both nationally and worldwide should you ever need a machine service or spare part / accessory. We don’t stock unknown brands or even some of the better known brands because we can not guarantee any or the above.
The most important thing to consider is how thick is the thickest fabric you will ever want to sew with the machine? The machine can have all the features and functions you need but if it’s not capable of sewing your denim jeans or curtain header tape you will want to throw it through the window! The sturdier the machine is; the better.
